Instructions to add HK Carrier Bundle Support

This is only a beta version and now invites your testing.

Testing status :
HK New World (1.1.3/4) --> OK
PCCW (1.1.3/4) --> OK
Smartone-vodafone (1.1.3/4) -->OK
PEOPLES (1.1.3/4) --> OK
3 HK -> OK (1.1.3/4)
One2Free (1.1.3/4) with patch -->OK
CSL1010 (1.1.3/4) with patch -->OK
CTM Macau (1.1.3/4) -->OK
SmarTone Macau (1.1.3/4) -->OK
Hutchison (Three) Macau (1.1.3/4) -->OK
China Unicom --> OK
China Mobile --> OK

China Carriers added since version 2.7
Macau Carriers added since version 2.8
change one2free log on version 2.95

This is for iPhone Firmware 1.1.3/1.1.4 only

1.1.3 & 1.1.4 Carrier Bundle is the same, so it should work for both versions.

(1) Add this source in your Installer
http://www.iphone.org.hk/repository.plist

(2) Click Refresh after adding the source

(3) Goto to Category "HK Carrier Support" in Install

(4) There are two sets (logos preview at end of the screen dump)
The BW set has black and white logos provided by louis
The COLOR set has colors logos provided by kit222

Beta 2.6 has added a temporary Patch for CSL1010 and One2Free, if you change the sim card, you have to reapply the patch to show the 1010 / One2Free logo

(5) Choose one of the above sets and Click Install

(6) After Install finish, please completely power off iPhone (that is press Home and Power button for 5 seconds, and ignoring the slide to close until the screen is completely black) and power on iPhone again.

(7) You can have the new carrier logo after you power on again

(8) Goto to Settings-> Phone -> and scroll down to the bottom, you can see the service code menu for your carrier.

(9) This support will also add EDGE APN setting to your phone, please check and if you want to disable EDGE and edit it if you want, please install BossPrefs to disable EDGE completely. I will not be responsible for your EDGE connection charges.

This is only a beta version 2, please make sure you understand the instructions and ensure you know how to use Terminal or ssh so that we can solve the problems together.

From any problems, please report
(1) Your Displayed Carrier Name in Settings
(2) your installed set (BW or COLOR)
(3) What is the displayed words for your carrier in the iPhone status bar ?
(4) Can you see the service code menu in iPhone?

I will translate this instruction into Chinese after beta testing.
